Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items such as customized products, clearance items, or personal-use gear may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or replacement product.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, direct cash refunds are not available.
Damaged or Defective Items
